4. Liability and Indemnity

  • Insurance: The Company maintains a $10,000,000 Public Liability Insurance policy to cover our professional operations.

  • Limited Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by New Zealand law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our website or the engagement of our services.

  • Indemnity: Users of this website and clients of the Company agree to indemnify Eco Partners Limited against any claims or expenses arising from a breach of these terms.

5. Payment and Commercial Terms

  • Payment Terms: Payment for all services shall be made as per the terms stated on the specific invoice provided or as per the formal agreement made at the time of contract.

  • Default: Overdue accounts may be subject to interest charges and recovery costs in accordance with the Contract and Commercial Law Act 2017.

  • Dispute Resolution: Any disagreements regarding professional engagement or invoicing will, in the first instance, be addressed through direct good-faith negotiations between the Company and the Client.
